This was a group project where we studied the Bawa House in Colombo Sri Lanka, designed
by architect Geoffrey Bawa. In our study we built a 1:100 model of the Bawa House and made
a series of parti and poché drawings analysing the design in terms of structure, circulation,
lighting and in my case, sound and how it would travel throughout the spaces. It is a notably
elongated site, which has been broken up into an alternating series of courtyards and buildings. All photographs were taken by me.
